Welcome to Creating Family Connections

Regrettably, if you're reading this then either you or someone you care about is experiencing distress. One of my primary beliefs is that the family, no matter what its shape or form, is the most important institution in society and regardless of your family structure, there may come a time when you need help.

Families, couples and individuals usually experience a variety of short term stress' and this isn't necessarily a bad thing; however, long term distress has the potential to contribute to dissatisfaction with one's family, relational and individual life. People may express this dissatisfaction in any number of ways, including: conflict, infidelity, disconnection, absence from work or school, alcohol and substance abuse, violence, anger, promiscuity, anxiety, depression, and/or addictions. During times of distress, we may be unsure of whom to ask for help; if you need help please call or e-mail.
